All the treatments and products used at the Body and Skincare Centre have a solid foundation of science and research. The centre’s director, Shirley Emilio, is a registered nurse and takes great care in selecting the treatments and products. Health promotion is much more important to the centre than quick fix beauty solutions. The beauty treatments use the sought-after Crystal Clear products – known as the stars favourite. These quality products and the hi-tech treatments, such as Oxygen Therapy, are a fantastic aid in anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.

The Body and Skincare Centre offers a wide range of spa treatments, for men and women, that aim to renew, refresh and replenish. Perfect for those wanting the completely natural approach, as the products are organic and natural mostly from Austria, their base being herbs, oils, muds, salts. Nature at its best! You can choose from Algae treatments, to mud wraps, stimulating Pumpkin seed and herb wraps, to mention just a few. The excellent staff, all highly trained, can give you all the help and advice you need to choose the best treatment for you. You can enjoy pedicures and manicures, facial acupuncture, spray tanning, cellulite therapy and much more.

In keeping with their aim to promote wellness, the Body and Skincare Centre offers detox, weight loss and cleansing therapies for the whole body. They enjoy bringing new therapies and treatment into the mainstream in the belief that it is possible to promote real health through a healthy skin, diet and lifestyle. Such as Colon Hydrotherapy. Often surrounded by myth and misinformation, colon hydrotherapy is a gentle and very effective way to cleanse the body and restore balance.

When you visit the centre you are giving yourself some quality “me time”. The feel good factor kicks in as soon as you walk in the door. The wonderfully rich and lush colours of the Bretz furnishings let you know you are in for a sensorial treat.   The Soft pack delivered a powerfl punch!

  Oh my! I paid my first visit. but certainly not last! to the gloriously decadant surroundings of SENSES Body and SKINCARE CENTRE. WOW! Just sitting amongst the gorgeous interior made me feel glamorous and enveloped in luxury, but then I tried the Sea Salt body scrub, followed by dry body brushing which made my skin feel so alive, clean and invigorated. This was then followed by a warm coating in Goat butter and I was swaddled in covers before being lowered into the warm soft pack, which is like a big warm bath. The water closed around me gently making me feel safe and cosy and I stayed there in limbo land, half asleep, half aware of the lovely soft lymphatic release procedures on my face that Shirley did with the gentlest of touches. I think I slept.. I certainly came away feeling totally relaxed, pampered and cannot wait for another! Thank you Shirley, I really needed a relaxation treatment and that more than delivered! FABULOUS!
