Vila Sol Spa Overview

The Vila Sol Spa is one of the largest spas that I have come across, stretched over two floors in its own building, the modern architecture and interior provides for a day of luxury and relaxation.

There are a total of 27 treatment rooms and the sheer variety of facials, body treatments and massages available will ensure that your every problem has a cure. The hydrotherapy treatments include Vichy showers, a seaweed bubble bath and a large Aquademic pool.

There are alternative therapies available such as Pilates, Yoga and Osteopathy, also a hairdresser and pedicurist on site. The huge hammam provides the perfect place for relaxation inbetween treatments and there is a lovely relaxation area where you can lie down, sip some herbal teas and enjoy a good book.

The Vila Sol Spa is open to anyone over the age of sixteen and they recommend you arrive a little early if you have a treatment booked so you have time to don your dressing gown and slippers.
