Rio Arade Overview

Rio Arade is a small 18th century Manor house that has been lovingly converted into the comfortable guesthouse you will find today. It is located in a quaint fishing village in the Rio Arade region of the Western Algarve, 10 minutes away from the lively town of Portimao and 15 minutes from Praia da Rocha with its abundance of nightlife, and 10 minutes away from the town of Lagoa and the resorts of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo.

Rio Arade Accommodation

There are a total of nine bedrooms which are individually decorated in typical Algarvian style. The rooms all come with an ensuite bathroom, television, hairdryer and refrigerator.

Rio Arade Facilities

A buffet breakfast is served to guests and there is a bar area where you can enjoy a cold beer after a long day on the beach. There is an excellent choice of restaurants in the surrounding towns and resorts.

Rio Arade Location

Rio Arade has a lovely courtyard garden for sun bathing around the outdoor swimming pool. Nearby there are a number of golden beaches, as well some spectacular countryside, ideal for bikers and hikers. For the golfer there are ten courses within a 20km radius, which includes some of the most beautiful courses in the world. Rio Arade is ideal for those looking for a quiet location with excellent personal service.
