Regal Property Management Overview
Regal Property Management may be a relatively new company, but the team has many years of experience in property management and maintenance in the Algarve. Based in the lovely village of Alvor, in the western Algarve, they provide a full range of property services, taking all the pain out of owning a foreign property and leaving you with all the pleasure.
Regal Property Management specializes in providing a weekly inspection with fortnightly report detailing, meter reading, electrical appliances switched off, windows and shutters secure. They carry out a visual internal and external inspection so you can sleep easy knowing your property is being cared for in your absence. They make sure that all utilities are switched off and the property is secure. It is not uncommon for clients to vacate the property without checking that such things as bathroom heaters, heated towel rails, lights and water heaters are left switched on, using vast amounts of electric. They also provide a bill payment service to cover your utilities and other monthly commitments.
Steve and Glyn, the directors of Regal Property Management, run a very comprehensive maintenance service from site management for building work to changing light bulbs. They can take care of all those irritating plumbing and electrical problems and advise on security issues. The cleaning services provided by the compnay range from a freshen up clean to a major departure clean.
Regal Property Management out-source quality properties in the Alvor area, from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom villas with pools. They can also help with holiday rentals in the Alvor area.

Excellent service and back up
Liz from DublinI have dealt with this company twice now for my visits to Alvor and both times found the two owners to be extremely helpful friendly and available to answer any queries I had down to arranging taxi from the airport to car hire to what restaurants they would recommond. I would definately use them again I stayed in the Alto Club in March 2008 and again in 2009. The standard of the apts they have on their books are excellent. Hopefully I will be back again. Thanks lads
