Mungo´s is a very popular, stylish bar located within easy walking distance of the centre of Praia do Carvoeiro

Open from lunchtime until late, and with heaps of entertainment throughout the week, Mungo´s bar is the place to go for a leisurely lunch, relaxing drink and a fun packed night out. There is live music five nights a week , the quiz night on Monday´s and sporting events shown on the plasma screens all week long.

Inside, the décor is cool and classy and the atmosphere is buzzing. Bar owner, Daniel, is very welcoming and friendly and always has time for a chat. Outside, there is plenty of seating on the patio area, where you can make the most of the sunshine and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town.

Serving homemade food, the menu at Mungo´s Bar is mouth watering and offers a good variety. Drinks wise, you really are spoilt for choice, with Classic Cocktails, Draught Beers (Superbock, Guinness, Tetley’s, Carlsberg, Cider), Magners, Corona, Bud, a selection of the very best Whiskeys and a great selection of coffees to choose from. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced, making Mungo´s Bar a firm favourite with everyone!

From the main square in the centre of Carvoeiro, in front of the beach, simply head up the hill. Mungo's is about half way up, on your right in a small square.
