Forum Algarve Overview

The Forum Algarve, located on the airport side of Faro, is a very pleasant , open-air shopping centre. The selection of shops is huge with many of the high street fashion brands represented – Zara, Cortefiel, Pull & Bear, Berska, Massimo Dutti and many more. There is even a C & A! There are some great home décor shops, plenty of kids clothing shops and a large supermarket.
The Forum Algarve has a 9 screen Cineplex, most of the movies showing in the original language, and a food court where you can choose from a bewildering range of fast food or a more traditional restaurant experience.
The shops form the perimeter around the large central square which is often the focus for special events and activities. During the Christmas period an ice rink is mounted here and there are artificial snow machines to add to the seasonal spirit.
The Forum Algarve has free underground parking and is an excellent option for some serious shopping. For more information on what´s playing at the Algarve Cinema then you can call 289 887 210 or visit www.sbcmovies.pt. The centre is open 7 days a week from 10:00 til 24:00 hrs

    For the lads

    pat casey from limerick, Ireland

Hi Lads Bring her here and your in the good books.Great shops and fantastic bargains. You can relax while she shops.Have a beer or coffee or even go and get a hair cut (11 euro).Browse the shops yourself or buy unbelieveable cheap booze at supermarke.Spacious underground car park FOC.Have lunch at many varied restaurants.Pick a cloudy day to visit as nothing worse than over heating and shopping at same time. She will need 2 hours to get through the shops but she will come back in great form.

Shopping In An Wide Open Space

    Roario Santos

I'm Canadian by birth though I'm of Portuguese descent and am living in the Algarve, at the moment. I love shopping, window shopping or just generally spending some time with friends, at the Algarve Forum Shopping Centre. Architecturally speaking, it's easy going on the eye. It's open spaces are fabulous, whether it be winter or warmer weather. Besides the shopping, the cinema is great, as are the cosy cafés. All in all, it's a place of leisure where one can do utilitarian shopping or just socialize with friends and family. There's a bit there for all ages.
